Overview

The Commercial Client Specialist leads onboarding of complex commercial deposit relationships for Seacoast Bank. This role owns the client relationship and ensures compliance with KYC and BSA AML requirements. It drives efficient onboarding experiences and accelerates client business goals.

  • 11Coordinate client communications with Relationship Managers
  • 12Build relationships through various interactions
  • 13Propose cross-sell opportunities during onboarding
  • 14Utilize Treasury Management solutions for client enrollment
  • 15Discuss self-service products with customers
  • 16Process and maintain accounts following bank policies
  • 17Ensure adherence to AML/BSA and operational controls
  • 18Resolve customer objections promptly
  • 19Analyze credit approval memoranda and organizational structures

Requirements11

  • 1Bachelor’s degree in business finance accounting or related field
  • 23+ years in financial services commercial retail experience
  • 3Experience in commercial onboarding deposit operations
  • 4Strong understanding of KYC and BSA AML practices
  • 5Proficiency with treasury onboarding concepts
  • 6Ability to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously
  • 7Excellent communication skills for client and stakeholder engagement
  • 8Familiarity with desktop laptop tablet smartphone and Microsoft Office
  • 9Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • 10Experience with customer-facing technology platforms
  • 11Commitment to regulatory compliance and ethical standards
