Overview
Own interior and exterior construction cleaning at multiple sites in the Phoenix Valley. You will perform rough cleans, puff cleans, and final cleans for commercial projects at scale, ensuring high standards and attention to detail. What You'll Do6
- 1Build and perform interior and exterior cleaning on commercial construction sites to prepare spaces for final turnover
- 2Dust, wipe, sweep, vacuum, mop, and clean fixtures, doors, baseboards, and restrooms to meet project standards
- 3Clean windows and glass, remove stickers and construction dust, and detail fixtures and surfaces for a polished look
- 4Prepare projects for final inspection by ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed to specification
- 5Travel to multiple job sites within the Phoenix area and maintain punctuality and reliability
- 6Follow safety requirements and maintain a high level of detail throughout every project
