Own the daily upkeep of office building common areas at scale in Phoenix with hands-on cleaning and safety practices. What You'll Do10
- 1Build and maintain lobby cleanliness including glass doors and chrome finishes to a pristine standard
- 2Polish and wipe elevator cabs, doors, walls, and tops to maintain a premium lobby appearance
- 3Inspect exterior grounds and remove trash and debris to keep exterior areas presentable
- 4Empty and sanitize trash receptacles and ashtrays across floors and entrances
- 5Vacuum carpets and lobby areas and monitor restrooms for cleanliness and supply needs
- 6Policing lobby during high traffic times to ensure floors and planters are free of debris
- 7Assist building engineer with daily tasks to support building operations
- 8Report lighting issues and safety hazards to management
- 9Dust mop lobby floors and polish railings and call buttons for a clean, safe environment
- 10Maintain compliance with safety procedures and support a culture of reliability and service
Requirements5
- 1Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for long periods
- 2Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- 3Experience in janitorial or building maintenance preferred
