Lead estimation processes at a rapidly growing MSO serving over 650 locations nationwide. This role drives technical accuracy while championing people-first service principles. You will own estimate creation and validation ensuring compliance with carrier requirements and maintain exceptional customer communication throughout vehicle repair journeys.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build automated estimate workflows using Spark and Airflow to streamline data processing
- 2Design scalable systems for real-time pricing updates across multiple estimating platforms
- 3Own end-to-end repair management from initial assessment through final closure
- 4Conduct thorough inspections and validate estimates against physical vehicle conditions
- 5Implement proactive communication protocols keeping customers informed at every stage
- 6Drive continuous improvement initiatives reducing turnaround times by 20%
- 7Collaborate with body technicians to establish quality benchmarks and technical standards
- 8Execute pre-close procedures including disbursement documentation and exception resolution
- 9Analyze repair data to identify trends supporting operational efficiency improvements
Requirements5
- 15+ years experience building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing complex estimating systems in high-volume environments
- 3AWS Certified professional with expertise in cloud-based data infrastructure
- 4CPC Card certification preferred for estimating professionals
- 5BCBA credential valued for client relationship management
