What You'll Do9
- 1Build detailed collision estimates using CCC1 software to ensure accuracy
- 2Conduct thorough process reviews to identify optimization opportunities
- 3Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork including DRP and invoices
- 4Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans to customers
- 5Maintain strict adherence to Caliber safety rules and industry regulations
- 6Lead efforts to streamline estimation workflows and reduce turnaround times
- 7Drive customer satisfaction through clear communication and timely updates
- 8Analyze claim data to improve estimation methodologies
- 9Participate in ongoing training programs focused on emerging repair technologies
Requirements9
- 12+ years of collision estimating experience with CCC1 or similar software
- 2Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License
- 3Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance coverage
- 4Physical capability to lift over 50 lbs and perform strenuous activities
- 5Strong sales orientation and ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- 6Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- 7Experience with cloud-based estimating platforms
