- 1Prepare and serve diverse alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following recipes
- 2Operate Toast POS system
- 3Maintain bar cleanliness and organization per safety regulations
- 4Collaborate with small team to deliver exceptional service
- 5Deliver drinks efficiently during peak periods
- 6Develop beverage recipes and manage ingredients
- 7Demonstrate knowledge of classic and modern cocktails
- 8Handle multiple orders while maintaining professionalism
- 9Provide outstanding customer service under pressure
Requirements5
- 15+ years crafting cocktails using Spark and Airflow
- 2CPC Card certification preferred
- 3AWS Certified preferred
- 41 year experience with beverage recipe development
- 53-5 seasons hospitality experience required
