Overview

You will set up and operate CNC lathe machines to produce precision aerospace components in a clean, modern shop. You will join a growing precision manufacturing team in the Blaine area and work with CNC equipment to maintain quality and production standards. What You'll Do7

  • 1Set up CNC lathe machines for production runs, including tool changes and offsets.
  • 2Operate CNC lathes to machine precision components per blueprints and work instructions.
  • 3Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions to ensure accurate machining.
  • 4Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot issues to maintain quality.
  • 5Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify tolerances.
  • 6Monitor part quality throughout the shift and adjust processes to stay within spec.
  • 7Collaborate with quality and production teams to meet customer requirements and deadlines.

Requirements5

  • 12+ years of experience operating or setting up CNC lathes in a production environment.
  • 2Proficiency reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • 3Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality parts.
  • 4Familiarity with CNC controls and machining best practices is preferred.
  • 5Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and follow safety protocols.
