CNC Operator, Part-Time Aerospace Machining

You will set up and operate CNC lathe machines to produce precision aerospace components in a clean, modern shop. You will join a growing precision manufacturing team in the Blaine area and work with CNC equipment to maintain quality and production standards. You will own the setup, programming, and operation of CNC lathes and mill-turn machines for precision parts in aerospace, defense, semiconductor, and medical industries. You will work in a job shop environment with frequent changeovers and short runs, maintaining tight tolerances and high quality. The role requires independent execution from blueprint to finished part, collaborating with a small team when needed. You'll operate CNC lathe and mill machines to produce precision aerospace components for TSI, an AS9100 certified fabricator. Your work supports parts for space, commercial, and military applications, including fighter jets and the SM-3 missile system.
