CNC Machinist - Muto Technology
Overview
Lead setup and operation of CNC equipment to produce precision parts for semiconductor equipment. Work 36 hour shifts Friday through Sunday. Maintain clean safe environment while ensuring accurate fabrication within cost constraints.
What You'll Do9
- 1Set-up adjust and operate CNC machines to meet part specifications
- 2Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto machines
- 3Monitor machine operation to detect malfunctions and adjust controls
- 4Maintain clean safe working environment
- 5Communicate non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions
- 6Scale production processes to meet demand
- 7Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- 8Collaborate with engineering team to develop new machining techniques
- 9Perform basic troubleshooting of CNC systems
Requirements10
- 1Trade school or high school diploma equivalent
- 21-5 years machining experience
- 3Proficiency with Mazak and Makino CNC controllers
- 4Strong mathematical abilities
- 5Ability to lift 40 pounds
- 6Experience with Python programming language
- 7Familiarity with AWS cloud services
- 8Knowledge of React framework
- 9Understanding of Kubernetes architecture
- 10Experience with Spark and Airflow platforms
Salary Insight
$56 - $67k per year
