Overview
Provide routine daily nursing care for residents according to assessments and care plans. File wristbands or photo cards to identify residents before administering treatments. Report condition changes to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse. Record entries on flow sheets and notes. Ensure resident rooms are prepared and greeted warmly.

- 2Report accidents and incidents immediately to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse
- 3Maintain confidentiality of resident health information
- 4Perform nursing care procedures within trained scope
- 5Create and keep room tidy with personal belongings marked and stored
- 6Transport residents to new rooms and load/unload vehicles
- 7Measure temperatures pulses and respirations as directed
- 8Assist residents with daily functions and maintain comfort
- 9Participate in nursing reports and follow established policies
- 10Follow exposure protocols for blood body fluids and hazardous chemicals
- 11Notify facility of absences or late arrivals
Requirements10
- 1Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant license in compliance with state law
- 2Minimum 10th grade education
- 3Ability to read technical procedures and write reports
- 4Proficiency with fractions percentages ratios and proportions
- 5Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and sit stand walk talk read hear
- 6Experience with Excel calculator and office equipment
- 7Willingness to work double weekends and rotating shifts
- 8Strong communication skills for resident interactions and reporting
- 9Experience with infection control and safety protocols
- 10Commitment to providing compassionate patient-centered care
