What You'll Do10
- 1Build guest trust by greeting guests with eye contact and answering menu questions
- 2Design and assemble food orders according to specifications and special requests
- 3Ship orders while maintaining food quality and presentation
- 4Drive accurate payment processing and balance cash drawers daily
- 5Own cash handling and refunds while resolving customer concerns with respect
- 6Maintain a clean, organized work area including dining room, counters, and restrooms
- 7Scale operations by collaborating with teammates to ensure smooth close procedures
- 8Debug issues on the floor and with the POS to maintain accuracy and speed
- 9Lead by example in food safety, hygiene, and adherence to standards
- 10Improve guest satisfaction by suggesting items and promotions based on orders and occasions
Requirements10
- 1Prior experience in fast food or hospitality preferred
- 2Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- 3Reliable transportation and ability to handle long or irregular shifts
- 4Physical ability to stand, lift, bend, squat, reach, sweep, mop in a fast-paced setting
- 5Valid driver’s license preferred
- 6Strong communication and teamwork skills
- 7Commitment to customer service and hospitality values
- 8Ability to follow safety and hygiene regulations
- 9Basic math and cash handling skills
