Overview
A remote contractor role for an oncology and hematology clinician. You’ll contribute expert clinical judgment to AI healthcare projects, training models with high quality real-world input. The work blends deep domain knowledge with rigorous evaluation of trial data, endpoints, and safety signals to ensure AI systems learn accurate clinical reasoning.
What You'll Do6
- 1Craft and critique evaluation tasks using oncology and hematology data from clinical study reports and safety summaries.
- 2Judge the clinical relevance of efficacy and safety findings, verifying that endpoints and effect sizes reflect meaningful patient impact.
- 3Guide dose escalation plans, toxicity assessments, therapy modifications, adverse event grading, and patient narratives for consistency.
- 4Assess benefit-risk conclusions, evaluating how new events might alter management strategies and study outcomes.
- 5Identify content that lacks clinical plausibility or shows internal inconsistency and differentiate it from acceptable clinical variation.
- 6Deliver clear, guideline-based rationales that translate complex clinical reasoning into accessible explanations for non clinical audiences.
Requirements5
- 1Board certification or specialist registration in medical oncology or hematology with 5+ years of post training experience.
- 2Hands on involvement in clinical trials as investigator, safety physician, or medical monitor across sponsor or site settings.
- 3Proficiency with CTCAE, RECIST, Lugano, IMWG, IWCLL, and ELN criteria and endpoint concepts (ORR, DoR, PFS, OS, MRD).
- 4Experience handling trial documents such as protocols, investigators brochures, CSRs, safety narratives, and DSMB/IDMC materials.
- 5Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain clinical reasoning to non clinical audiences.
