Oncology Hematology Clinician, AI Healthcare Project (Remote)
Overview
You will own clinical review and trial data evaluation for an AI healthcare project, directly shaping how AI systems understand oncology and hematology. 5+ years of post-training experience will be applied to assess treatment outcomes, safety reports, and dose escalation strategies. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of clinicians and engineers. This role stands out because no prior AI experience is required, but your medical expertise will drive high-quality evaluations.
What You'll Do6
- 1Review oncology and hematology clinical documents and trial data, applying RECIST, Lugano, IMWG, IWCLL, and ELN criteria to assess treatment efficacy.
- 2Evaluate treatment outcomes, safety reports, and adverse events, using CTCAE grading to classify severity.
- 3Assess dose escalation strategies and provide evidence-based recommendations for clinical trial design.
- 4Analyze endpoints including ORR, DoR, PFS, OS, and MRD to determine clinical benefit and patient response.
- 5Deliver clear, structured clinical assessments that directly inform AI model training and refinement.
- 6Collaborate with the AI team to identify gaps in clinical data interpretation and improve model accuracy.
Requirements7
- 1Board certification in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology.
- 25+ years of post-training clinical experience in oncology or hematology.
- 3Experience in clinical trials, medical monitoring, or clinical development.
- 4Strong knowledge of RECIST, Lugano, IMWG, IWCLL, and ELN response criteria.
- 5Proficiency in CTCAE grading and adverse event assessment.
- 6Excellent written communication skills with ability to provide evidence-based feedback.
- 7Publications and AI-assisted clinical review experience are a plus.
