Overview

What You'll Do11
- 1Observe and instruct students during experiential sessions
- 2Lead laboratory demonstrations of clinical skills and OMM techniques
- 3Provide formative feedback to enhance psychomotor skill acquisition
- 4Demonstrate proper hand placement and patient positioning
- 5Collaborate with faculty to maintain standardized teaching practices
- 6Assist with lab setup and cleanup
- 7Document student performance and safety compliance
- 8Model professional behavior and osteopathic identity
- 9Participate in faculty calibration and training sessions
- 10Maintain confidentiality and adhere to safety protocols
- 11Support interdisciplinary teamwork across clinical programs
Requirements11
- 1DO or MD with appropriate training and skills
- 2Healthcare professional with clinical experience
- 3Recent training in osteopathic manipulative medicine
- 4Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- 5Detail orientation and interpersonal effectiveness
- 6Computer literacy with Microsoft Office
- 7Compliance with state and federal regulations
- 8Experience with student mentorship and faculty collaboration
- 9Commitment to collaborative interprofessional education
- 10Understanding of FERPA and HIPAA privacy requirements
- 11At least 3 years of clinical teaching experience
