Clinical Services Associate (MA/PSR) - Emonics Healthcare
Overview
You own the front line of patient care as a Clinical Services Associate at Emonics Healthcare, balancing clinical and administrative duties across a busy physician office. You will manage rooming, vitals, phlebotomy, and EPIC documentation while handling front desk scheduling and phone communications. Backed by a collaborative practice team, you ensure seamless patient flow and high satisfaction. This contract role offers $20-$22 per hour and requires MA certification.
What You'll Do7
- 1Room patients and take vitals, ensuring accurate recording in EPIC.
- 2Perform phlebotomy and alert providers via EPIC that patients are ready.
- 3Review patient history including medical, surgical, family, smoking, allergies, and medications.
- 4Manage front desk duties: greet patients, schedule visits, and handle clinical phone calls.
- 5Support practice manager and physicians in maintaining patient focus and operational targets.
- 6Deliver excellent customer service while managing a fast-paced environment.
- 7Complete clinical and administrative tasks as assigned based on practice needs.
Requirements6
- 12+ years working in a physician office setting.
- 2MA certification required.
- 3EPIC experience preferred.
- 4Ability to commute to Phoenixville, PA 19460.
- 5Ability to relocate to Phoenixville, PA 19460 before starting work.
- 6Flexibility to work core hours between 7:45 AM and 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
