Overview
Redpoint seeks a Clinical Program Manager to lead clinical team and deliver high-quality behavioral health services. This full-time onsite role in Boulder focuses on program leadership and compliance.
What You'll Do11
- 1Lead design and implementation of clinical programming for adult clients to meet industry standards
- 2Monitor program effectiveness and recommend evidence-based improvements
- 3Serve as clinical resource for individualized treatment planning
- 4Assist with crisis intervention and ensure appropriate care levels
- 5Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including medical staff and executives
- 6Maintain weekly client-facing hours through therapy sessions
- 7Supervise and mentor therapists, counselors, and case managers
- 8Conduct staff meetings and support program updates
- 9Assist Chief Clinical Officer with onboarding and training new clinicians
- 10Provide education on substance use treatment and trauma-informed care
- 11Ensure regulatory compliance and proper documentation
Requirements5
- 1Master's degree or higher in counseling social work psychology or related field
- 2Active Colorado licensure as LPC LCSW LMFT LAC or equivalent
- 3Minimum 58 years experience in clinical substance use treatment
- 4At least 3 years supervisory or program management experience in behavioral health
- 5Expertise in CBT DBT and motivational interviewing techniques
Salary Insight
$90 - $105k per year
