Clinical Operations Specialist, Pre-Operative & Billing
Overview
You will own pre-operative workflows and payment collection for a high-volume plastic surgery clinic. You will coordinate patient appointments, verify paperwork, and balance daily invoices alongside a clinical team. You will be the bridge between patients and surgeons, ensuring every surgery day starts on time. This role includes on-the-job training, rotating shifts, and growth within a national network.
What You'll Do8
- 1Generate daily invoices and process payment transactions for surgeries, accessories, and merchandise.
- 2Confirm surgical patient appointments via phone and written communication.
- 3Inform the clinical team of the daily surgery schedule.
- 4Take pre-operative photos and process electronic prescriptions for doctors.
- 5Perform preliminary physical tests, including vitals, the day before surgery.
- 6Verify patient labs, intake information, and consents before the scheduled surgery date.
- 7Track inventory for surgical and clinical accessories and supplies.
- 8Support clerical and administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements6
- 1GED or High School Diploma.
- 2Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- 3Strong customer service skills.
- 4Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- 6Comfortable working with a high sense of urgency.
