- 1Coach and support Behavior Specialists through in-field coaching feedback and performance evaluation
- 2Conduct regular home and community visits to ensure fidelity of clinical programming
- 3Provide individualized parent education aligned with treatment goals
- 4Monitor documentation quality lesson plans and service utilization
- 5Collaborate with Training and Operations teams
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 2Relevant ABA experience
- 3Reliable transportation
- 42+ years of related professional experience implementing behavior modification intervention services
- 5Board-Certified associate Behavior Analyst

$35 - $42k per year
