- 1Medical degree MD or DO residency completion preferred
- 2Deep understanding of care delivery workflows and clinical care coordination
- 3Track record of identifying care delivery inefficiencies and implementing process improvements
- 4Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 5Excellent communication skills working effectively with clinical teams
- 6Comfort with ambiguity and ability to move quickly in a fast-paced startup environment
- 7Self-starter who can work independently and drive projects to completion
- 8Customer-focused mindset with commitment to solving real clinical problems
- 9Ability to work onsite in Palo Alto three days per week
- 10Background in internal medicine oncology pharma or biotech
- 11Familiarity with healthcare data systems EHR care management platforms
