Lead clinical quality for adult eating disorder programs. Oversee programming enhance client experiences. Manage staffing and budgets.
What You'll Do8
- 1Ensure overall clinical quality of programming with continuous improvement staffing and fiscal responsibility
- 2Directly lead clinical therapists through mentoring and coaching
- 3Assist therapists interacting with insurance payers
- 4Model normalized eating habits by eating meals to completion with clients and staff
- 5Conduct individual therapy group therapy or family therapy
- 6Participate in discharge and aftercare planning with the treatment team
- 7Provide safe empathetic support across multiple populations
- 8Manage budgets and utilize KPIs
Requirements9
- 1At least 5 years leadership experience in behavioral health
- 2Working knowledge of admissions intake utilization review third party insurance payers
- 3Previous experience with Joint Commission and regulatory standards compliance
- 4Ability to manage budgets and utilize KPIs
- 5Experience in eating disorder program residential behavioral health setting
- 6Knowledge of Diversity Equity and Inclusion practices
- 7Active state license or eligibility
- 8Master's degree in clinical discipline
- 9License eligible
