What You'll Do11
- 1Incorporate best practice model into housing programs’ staff practice
- 2Standardize individual and group supervision based on evidence based approaches
- 3Provide direct one on one clinical supervision at least once a month
- 4Guide staff on clinical interventions and case management
- 5Lead bi weekly meetings regarding challenging client cases
- 6Assist in crisis response and emergency call coverage
- 7Oversee documentation review and approval processes
- 8Authorize mental health and substance abuse referrals
- 9Develop quality assurance protocols for department consultations
- 10Attend workshops and complete 40 hours of annual training
- 11Participate in weekly supervision with Program Manager
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Master's Level Licensed Social Worker with supervisory experience
- 3LICSW DC license authorized to provide clinical supervision
- 4Minimum five year experience working with youth
- 5Driver’s license and clean driving record
- 6Ability to conduct individual group and family sessions
- 7Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- 8Knowledge of community resources and cultural diversity
- 9Commitment to youth development in respectful environments
- 10Flexibility for occasional evenings and travel
- 11Clean criminal and child abuse/neglect clearances
