What You'll Do10
- 1Manage a column of in-person patients daily, ensuring seamless communication before during and after appointments
- 2Adhere to standards set by our Medical Director while establishing consistent patient relationships
- 3Perform clinical tasks including vitals intra-oral scans oral photos pharyngometer and rhinometer
- 4Educate patients on treatment options and plans
- 5Troubleshoot treatment plans during post-care sessions
- 6Support providers with comprehensive patient pass-offs
- 7Submit lab orders with proper documentation
- 8Maintain accurate notes and complete patient charts promptly
- 9Handle scheduling and payment processing with precision
- 10Upload required documents to EMR software as needed
Requirements11
- 15+ years experience building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading cross-functional teams
- 35+ years in healthcare administration or clinical operations
- 42+ years managing patient flow in high-volume settings
- 5Certified in clinical leadership or healthcare management
- 6Proven ability to learn complex systems quickly
- 7Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- 8Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
