Overview

You will own data quality for diagnostic imaging and patient records across Scan.com's B2C marketplace and B2B platforms, ensuring 100% accuracy on every report we send. You will report directly to a senior team member and collaborate with Radiology groups, clients, and internal departments to keep systems correct and clients informed. In your first year, you will become the trusted #2 to your manager, raise the quality bar on our data, and invest in your professional growth. What makes this role different is the scale: over $200m in funding, 100% year-on-year growth, and a culture where AI is embedded in how we work, so you will use tools like MS Excel and AI to multiply your output.

What You'll Do8

  • 1Cross-reference diagnostic imaging and reports against scheduled appointments in MS Excel and our database to ensure records match.
  • 2Hold a 100% accuracy bar on all patient data and reports we send out, catching and correcting any discrepancies.
  • 3Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage client requests, giving clear, concise written updates via email.
  • 4Update clients on patient record status, primarily via email with occasional phone contact, keeping them informed and satisfied.
  • 5Communicate with Radiology groups to elevate reports to STAT priority or clarify appointment details.
  • 6Troubleshoot and triage technical issues, routing them to the correct team for resolution.
  • 7Respond to ad hoc client enquiries and ensure sensitive data is handled in line with HIPAA requirements.
  • 8Build and maintain MS Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUPs to streamline data reconciliation and reporting.

Requirements8

  • 11+ years working with medical imaging procedures and workflows, including radiology terminology and study management.
  • 2Attention to detail with a maniacal focus on ensuring data accuracy, as demonstrated in prior roles.
  • 3Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, radiology groups, and internal teams.
  • 4Comfort navigating MS Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs (strong plus).
  • 5Basic technical aptitude to troubleshoot and triage system issues.
  • 6Resilience and willingness to take critical feedback and continuously improve.
  • 7Commitment to working with sensitive data in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • 8AI-Aware mindset: comfortable using AI for admin and documentation while knowing where human judgment is required.
