Join the Orthopaedic & Spine Center of the Rockies as a part time Clinic Assistant. We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide logistical and administrative support in a dynamic healthcare setting.

What You'll Do11

  • 1Take direction from the Medical Assistance staff and providers performing duties as assigned
  • 2Facilitate placement and rooming of patients
  • 3Assist provider during procedure upon request
  • 4Act as a designated chaperone upon request
  • 5Prepare exam rooms before the start of the clinic
  • 6Clean exam rooms between procedures and patients
  • 7Stock exam rooms with necessary supplies and equipment
  • 8Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • 9Manage front desk reception and patient check-in processes
  • 10Coordinate scheduling and appointment reminders
  • 11Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards

Requirements11

  • 1Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • 2Experience working in fast paced medical environments
  • 3Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
  • 4Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds safely
  • 5Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 6Proven experience in healthcare administration or clinical support roles
  • 7Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • 8Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • 9Knowledge of EHR systems and medical terminology
  • 10Experience with patient flow management
  • 11Commitment to providing compassionate patient care
