- 2Perform weekly lobby observations and Angus inspections
- 3Maintain inventory and order supplies for ZO spaces and property management office
- 4Set up and clean event spaces including arranging refreshments and table settings
- 5Answer and dispatch incoming calls and emails promptly
- 6Follow up on client work orders and building staff requests
- 7Provide support for daily client and vendor inquiries
- 8Oversee building office files organizing and filing documents
- 9Process invoices and purchase orders
- 10Manage daily Angus Work Order system through input monitoring and billing
- 11Prepare build memos for construction and tenant notices
- 12Oversee certificates of insurance for contractors and tenants
- 13Assist with move-in and move-out processes
- 14Train new clients on systems like ZO and LiveSafe
- 15Set up and train clients on guest registration and building security systems
- 16Maintain client handbooks and update staff contact lists
- 17Update emergency phone and email directories
- 18Send messages via Live Safe System
- 19Oversee ZO application and amenities
- 20Ensure compliance with building rules and regulations
Requirements10
- 15+ years administrative experience
- 21 year commercial real estate background preferred
- 3Superior customer service skills for problem resolution
- 4Strong English language abilities verbal and written
- 5Onsite presence required in San Francisco
- 6Bachelor's degree
- 7Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
- 8Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- 9Knowledge of ZO platform and Angus Work Order system
- 10Understanding of property management processes
