What You'll Do11
- 1Recruit new clients by promoting services and routing pet flow for optimal care
- 2Increase pet volume through efficient hospital operations
- 3Provide exceptional service by welcoming clients and pets and educating them on health needs
- 4Assist incoming and outgoing clients with documentation, identification, and post-visit instructions
- 5Maintain accurate financial balances and follow opening/closing procedures
- 6Conduct administrative tasks as needed
- 7Follow Five Principles: Quality, Responsibility, Mutuality, Efficiency, and Freedom
- 8Manage client interactions to encourage referrals and loyalty
- 9Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
- 10Handle multi-tasking and prioritize tasks under pressure
- 11Support wellness plans and preventative care education
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Proficiency in Python and AWS
- 3Certified in CPC Card or BCBA
- 4Experience with Kubernetes and React
- 5Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- 6Ability to multitask and shift focus without losing accuracy
- 7Excellent communication and client service skills
- 8Understanding of preventative care and OWPs
- 9Experience with medical terminology and pet healthcare
- 10High school diploma or equivalent
- 11Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
