Client Relations & Sales Coordinator for Wellness Studio
Overview
Own client acquisition and retention for a growing body sculpting studio in Charlotte, NC. You will manage inbound inquiries, convert leads into booked appointments, and re-engage past clients using the studio's database. Work mostly remotely with one weekly studio visit for content filming. This role blends sales, client care, and light social media support for Instagram and TikTok. Your performance directly drives commission and bonuses, with clear paths to higher base pay.
What You'll Do10
- 1Respond to new client inquiries via phone, text, Instagram, and the website within 24 hours.
- 2Call new, existing, and inactive clients to introduce services, promotions, and special offers.
- 3Follow up with leads within 48 hours to convert inquiries into booked appointments.
- 4Use the client database to generate repeat bookings and re-engage past clients.
- 5Explain services, packages, pricing, and promotions clearly to clients.
- 6Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- 7Communicate with local influencers and potential partners when needed.
- 8Visit the studio once per week for 2-3 hours to film photo and video content.
- 9Edit basic short-form videos for Reels and TikTok.
- 10Post simple Instagram Stories using provided templates and topics.
Requirements10
- 11+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or client relations.
- 2Fluent spoken and written English.
- 3Strong phone communication skills; confident and professional on calls.
- 4Comfortable making outreach and follow-up calls.
- 5Organized, responsible, and reliable.
- 6Proactive and able to work independently.
