Overview

As a Client Manager at Allied Universal, you own client relationships and front-line security teams for small to medium-sized accounts. What You'll Do8

  • 1Hire, develop, and retain front-line staff including Security Officers, Field Supervisors, and Operations Managers for your assigned portfolio.
  • 2Use Allied Universal's AI technology and Business Intelligence Platform to analyze financial and operational metrics, optimize schedules, and reduce unbilled overtime.
  • 3Drive revenue growth and profitability by managing budgets, accounts receivable, and accounts payable to meet EBITA targets.
  • 4Build client trust by addressing security needs, reducing risks, and implementing corrective action plans with measurable outcomes.
  • 5Develop protocols and training that improve service delivery and ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • 6Establish a safety culture through action plans that prevent work-related injuries across all sites.
  • 7Apply iCARE leadership principles to foster employee engagement and a positive work environment.
  • 8Monitor performance dashboards and adjust strategies to achieve operational goals in the first 90 days.

Requirements7

  • 1Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, business, or related field with 2+ years managing hourly employees, or Associate's degree with 3+ years, or High School diploma with 5+ years.
  • 22+ years experience driving operational goals and managing dispersed teams.
  • 3Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications for reporting and communication.
  • 4Ability to interpret financial data and manage budgets for a profitable portfolio.
  • 5Knowledge of safety protocols and security service delivery standards.
  • 6Strong multitasking and prioritization skills for managing multiple projects.
  • 7Excellent oral and written communication skills for client and team interactions.
