What You'll Do8

  • 1Organize and maintain juvenile case files in the file room and for offsite storage
  • 2File documentation into juvenile case files using JCMS and OnBase
  • 3Log and prepare files for warehouse storage and retrieve stored files as requested
  • 4Review files for scanning and destruction, ensuring compliance with retention policies
  • 5Copy or scan documents and files as needed
  • 6Provide backup relief to the receptionist, answering the multi-line phone and checking in clients, victims, and attorneys
  • 7Assist with sorting, metering, and delivering mail
  • 8Support general office clerk duties as needed

Requirements10

  • 1High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2Six months related work experience
  • 3Basic data entry, keyboarding, word processing, and computer skills
  • 4Accuracy in filing and assigning numbers to case files
  • 5Ability to work as a team member and share responsibilities
  • 6Good interpersonal and communication skills with public, staff, and judiciary
  • 7Ability to handle confidential information
  • 8Valid driver's license and ability to drive a County van
  • 9Eligibility to become a notary public
  • 10Bilingual in Spanish preferred
