Cleaner - Floater Orlando
Overview
This is a part time role with about 15 hours weekly. A floater will visit multiple sites daily and cover additional locations. Travel between nearby offices is required. Monday - Friday shifts run from 2:00pm - 9:00pm. It is a good chance for extra income or part time work. Start date April 18th. Growth potential exists based on performance. What You'll Do10
- 1Build schedules for site visits
- 2Perform cleaning tasks like sweeping and mopping
- 3Sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- 4Empty trash and manage waste disposal
- 5Clean windows and glass surfaces
- 6Maintain common areas such as hallways and lobbies
- 7Follow safety guidelines and report maintenance issues
- 8Ship and deliver completed cleaning reports
- 9Drive vehicles safely to all assigned locations
- 10Own daily operational efficiency
Requirements9
- 15+ years cleaning experience
- 2Proficiency with Spark and Airflow
- 3Valid driver's license
- 4Ability to lift 35 pounds
- 5Background check clearance
- 6Reliable transportation
- 7Strong communication skills
