What You'll Do7
- 1Command Citation 560XLS flights, ensuring safety and compliance with Part 135 regulations from pre-flight to post-flight.
- 2Plan and execute domestic and international missions using ForeFlight and FMS navigation, optimizing fuel and routing.
- 3Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and crew to ensure on-time departures and seamless operations.
- 4Deliver superior customer service to passengers, representing the company with professionalism and discretion.
- 5Maintain required certifications including 1st Class Medical, FCC Restricted Radio License, and passport readiness.
- 6Complete Initial or Recurrent 142 training in type within the last 24 months to stay current.
- 7Participate in pre-employment drug screen and background check, upholding company safety standards.

- 13000 hours total time with 2000 hours PIC.
- 2250 hours total time in type on Citation 560XLS.
- 32000 hours multi-engine total, including 1800 hours multi-engine PIC.
- 41750 hours turbine time.
- 5ATP certificate and 1st Class Medical.
- 6Current FCC Restricted Radio License and valid U.S. driver's license.
- 7Ability to travel internationally with a current passport and proof of eligibility to work in the US.
- 8Strong customer service and proactive decision-making skills.
- 9Preferred: Initial or Recurrent 142 training in type within the last 24 months, and experience with other Citation variants.
