We seek an experienced Chiller Technician to service maintain troubleshoot repair commercial industrial chiller systems across Phoenix. What You'll Do11
- 1Diagnose troubleshoot repair maintain commercial industrial chiller systems
- 2Perform preventative maintenance inspections and performance testing on water-cooled and air-cooled units
- 3Service centrifugal screw scroll and reciprocating chiller equipment
- 4Inspect and maintain associated systems including cooling towers pumps heat exchangers controls and variable frequency drives
- 5Analyze equipment performance data identify opportunities to improve system efficiency and reliability
- 6Troubleshoot electrical mechanical refrigeration and control-related issues
- 7Execute refrigerant recovery leak detection charging and system startups
- 8Read and interpret blueprints wiring diagrams sequence of operations and manufacturer documentation
- 9Lead scaling debugging driving shipping own optimizing and analyzing chiller operations
- 10Support clients in mission-critical facilities with rapid response and technical support
- 11Maintain compliance with safety regulations and documentation standards
Requirements15
- 15+ years commercial HVAC service experience
- 23+ years hands-on chiller service maintenance and repair
- 3Strong knowledge of centrifugal screw scroll and air-cooled chiller systems
- 4Ability to troubleshoot electrical refrigeration mechanical and control systems
- 5Experience reading wiring diagrams mechanical drawings and technical manuals
- 6Knowledge of chilled water systems cooling towers pumps and associated equipment
- 7Analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- 8Excellent customer service and communication skills
- 9Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- 10Manufacturer training or certifications from Trane Carrier York Daikin Mitsubishi or similar OEMs
- 11Experience supporting healthcare manufacturing data center mission-critical or industrial facilities
- 12Understanding of building automation systems BAS and HVAC controls
- 13Vibration analysis oil analysis and advanced chiller diagnostics
- 14OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
- 15Skills assessment completion required for advancement
