Overview
You will run a temporary childcare program during a 5-day conference in Carmel, IN, caring for groups of children from infants up. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus. You join a core team of traveling caregivers supported by local staff. All materials, from craft supplies to age-appropriate play equipment, are provided. This role stands out for its travel and event-based nature, offering a unique experience beyond traditional childcare settings.
What You'll Do7
- 1Engage children in activities, crafts, and games using provided materials.

Requirements7
- 12+ years childcare experience with multiple children at once.
- 21+ year experience with infants preferred.
- 3CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- 4Ability to stand and be active for full shifts.
- 5Willingness to assist with diapers and bathroom needs.
- 6High energy and enthusiasm for engaging children.
- 7Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights and weekends.
