What You'll Do5
- 1Plan games and activities that are developmentally appropriate for each age group.
- 2Design daily and weekly schedules that balance learning, play, and rest.
- 3Provide basic care and caregiving activities, including feeding, diapering, and hygiene.
- 4Evaluate each child's progress toward developmental milestones and adjust activities accordingly.
- 5Communicate with parents daily and update them on their child's activities and achievements.
Requirements5
- 11-2 years of previous experience as a childcare teacher or provider.
- 2Strong understanding of child development principles and milestones.
- 3Patient, kind, and nurturing demeanor with children.
- 4Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- 5First Aid and CPR certification required.
