Child Care Provider Founding Team Dallas
Overview
As a founding Child Care Provider at Chippercare, you'll own the daily care and safety of children in Dallas and Austin, building trust with families from day one. You'll join a small launch team shaping a new on-demand childcare platform, with direct input on processes and growth. This role offers paid time off and tuition assistance after six months. You'll use the Chippercare platform to manage schedules and assignments, and you'll have clear paths into leadership, training, and operations as the company scales. What You'll Do8
- 1Provide safe, attentive childcare for multiple children, adapting to each family's routines and needs
- 2Plan and lead age-appropriate activities that support development and fun
- 3Manage meals, naps, and transitions with consistency and patience
- 4Communicate daily with parents via the Chippercare platform, sharing updates and feedback
- 5Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized environment
- 6Use the Chippercare platform to track assignments, availability, and payments
- 7Represent Chippercare professionally in every home and interaction
- 8Collect feedback from families and providers to improve the service
Requirements7
- 11+ years of professional childcare experience (daycare, nanny, or similar) strongly preferred
- 2Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- 3Reliable transportation to travel to families in Dallas or Austin
- 4Comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps for scheduling and communication
- 5Ability to pass a background check and provide references
- 6Flexible availability for mornings, evenings, and weekends based on demand
- 7Strong communication skills to build trust with parents and children
