What You'll Do8
- 1Drive growth, profitability, and market share for the market center, targeting 20% annual expansion.
- 2Recruit and attract top real estate talent, using Keller Williams systems to build a pipeline.
- 3Coach agents to higher production through weekly one-on-ones and KPIs.
- 4Develop future leaders and leadership talent, including the Agent Leadership Council.
- 5Lead the ALC to execute vision and foster accountability.
- 6Build and protect a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability among 300+ staff and agents.
- 7Execute proven Keller Williams models and systems for growth and efficiency.
- 8Create wealth-building opportunities for agents, staff, and leaders through profit share and bonuses.
Requirements8
- 1Proven leadership experience as a team lead, manager, or executive.
- 2Track record of recruiting, coaching, and developing people in a competitive industry.
- 3Strong sales and business acumen with 5+ years in real estate or related field.
- 4Exceptional communication and emotional intelligence, with ability to inspire and influence.
- 5Growth mindset and high level of personal accountability.
- 6Real estate license or ability to obtain one within 60 days.
- 7Belief that people are the asset and growth solves most problems.
- 8Experience with Keller Williams models and systems preferred.
