As Chief Engineer, you will act as the company's top technical authority, owning the technical vision and governance for all geotechnical engineering projects. What You'll Do7
- 1Lead the engineering organization by setting technical strategy and standards across all regions, ensuring consistency and quality in design and construction.
- 2Mentor senior engineers and technical leaders, providing guidance on complex geotechnical designs, methodologies, and construction approaches.
- 3Drive technical risk assessment and mitigation for high-profile projects, making critical decisions that balance safety, cost, and innovation.
- 4Collaborate with engineering teams to refine technical governance and ensure compliance with industry best practices.
- 5Champion innovation and continuous improvement in ground improvement, foundation systems, and geotechnical tools and methodologies.
- 6Own the technical review process for complex designs, ensuring robust and practical solutions.
- 7Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as the trusted technical advisor for engineering and construction decisions.
Requirements9
- 115+ years in geotechnical engineering, construction, or related fields.
- 210+ years in leadership, including managing senior engineers and technical teams.
- 3Expertise in ground improvement, foundation systems, and geotechnical design and construction.
- 4Proven ability to lead engineering organizations through growth and change.
- 5Strong judgment in technical decision-making and risk management.
- 6Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- 7Master's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering required.
- 8Demonstrated success in developing opportunities and specifications for value-added products.
- 9Active participation in industry associations preferred.
