What You'll Do7

- 4Maintain reliable attendance and arrive on time for every shift, keeping a calm and professional presence.
- 5Report any safety concerns or changes in the client's health to the care coordinator immediately.
- 6Assist with daily routine activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders as outlined in the care plan.
- 7Adapt to the client's evolving needs over time, adjusting support without compromising dignity or independence.
Requirements7
- 1Active New Jersey CHHA certification, with your name appearing on the NJ CHHA Registry.
- 2Comfort working independently in private duty home care settings, making sound judgments without on-site supervision.
- 3Reliable transportation to and from client homes in the Woodbury area, as assignments are local.
