Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) - Part-Time in Philadelphia, PA
Overview
As a Certified Home Health Aide at Attentive Care Inc., you will deliver daily personal care to clients in their homes across suburban Philadelphia. You will own the full spectrum of direct care: bathing, grooming, mobility support, and meal preparation, while documenting vitals and providing companionship. You will work one-on-one with a small caseload of clients, under the direction of a licensed nurse, with flexible part-time scheduling. What You'll Do6
- 1Provide compassionate personal care to clients, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance.
- 2Support mobility and light physical therapy routines, ensuring client safety and comfort.
- 3Perform light housekeeping tasks and prepare meals according to dietary needs.
- 4Accompany clients to medical appointments and other errands as needed.
- 5Monitor and record vital signs, documenting care accurately in client logs.
- 6Offer companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive and engaging environment.
Requirements7
- 1Active New Jersey CHHA License in good standing (no expired, pending, or reinstatement).
- 2Residency in Gloucester County or immediate surrounding area.
- 3Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- 42+ years of home care experience, with verifiable references.
- 5Physical exam and PPD completed within the last 6 months.
- 6Proficient in English, with clear written and verbal communication.
- 7Kind, dependable, and professional demeanor, with a passion for caregiving.
