Chemical Batch Maker, on-site Manufacturing & QC
Overview
Own batch preparation at scale in a hands-on chemical manufacturing setting. You will blend, charge, and monitor raw materials to produce quality products under QC guidance. This role emphasizes safe operation of dispersers and mixing equipment, adherence to work instructions, and maintaining a clean, hazard-free work area. This is an on-site position with room for growth from temp to perm.
What You'll Do7
- 1Build batches by staging and charging raw materials into the mixing container
- 2Follow batch work instructions to manufacture quality products
- 3Monitor and control mixing equipment and instruments to meet work instructions
- 4Adjust a batch under QC guidance until approval
- 5Cleanup work area to company standards and communicate hazards to a supervisor
- 6Comply with PPE standards and safety procedures
- 7Perform other related duties as assigned

- 1Basic math skills
- 2Ability to operate high speed dispersers and other handling equipment
- 3Ability to read digital scales
- 4Ability to lift 50 60lbs
- 51 year chemical mixing experience preferred
