Requirements9
- 1Strong understanding of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices
- 2Experience working with children in daycare preschool private school or similar environments
- 3Knowledge of special education strategies and ability to support students with disabilities
- 4Ability to develop and adapt lesson plans for diverse learners
- 5Excellent classroom management skills
- 6Effective communication skills for collaboration with teachers parents and staff
- 7Familiarity with curriculum development for early childhood programs like Montessori
- 8Compassionate attitude with patience and strong interpersonal skills
- 9Experience working with children who have autism or developmental delays is a plus
