What You'll Do11
- 1Assist with activities of daily living and promote patient health through hygiene and nutrition support
- 2Collect patient specimens and vital signs while documenting objective data
- 3Report health status changes to licensed professionals and ensure continuity of care
- 4Perform delegated procedures such as blood draws and EKG monitoring under supervision
- 5Handle receptionist and clerical duties to improve departmental efficiency
- 6Maintain complete patient records including admission transfer and discharge information
- 7Manage supplies and track electronic equipment to ensure accountability
- 8Transport patients and assist with OR room turnover responsibilities
- 9Work under supervision managing assigned unit with a focus on customer service
- 10Complete ECG or EEG testing with passing scores and interpret lethal cardiac dysrhythmias
- 11Support unit operations through administrative and patient interaction tasks
Requirements8
- 1High school diploma or equivalent with current BLS certification
- 2Current CNA license in Arizona for new hires and transfers
- 3One year of medical clerical experience preferred
- 4Working knowledge of medical terminology and computer literacy
- 5Excellent organizational skills and human relations abilities
- 6Minimum 85% score on ECG or EEG interpretation test
- 7Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card for behavioral health roles
- 8Preferred LNA licensure and recent healthcare experience
