What You'll Do5

- 4Complete timely and accurate documentation of services provided.
- 5Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident goals and discharge planning.
Requirements4
- 1Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- 2Current, unencumbered COTA license in Tennessee.
- 3Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
- 4Strong communication and teamwork skills.
