What You'll Do11
- 1Perform vital signs and activities of daily living under RN supervision
- 2Follow care plans delegated by registered nurses
- 3Report nurse updates and identify resource needs
- 4Maintain clean and organized work areas
- 5Utilize equipment and report malfunctions
- 6Ensure patient safety and adhere to protocols
- 7Participate in departmental education programs
- 8Develop professionally to adapt to changes
- 9Present professional image representing nursing staff
- 10Embrace faith-based mission of holistic healing
- 11Cross-train in USC roles when needed
Requirements8
- 1High school diploma or GED
- 2Completed CNA program and passed CNA exam
- 3Maryland CNA license and registry certification
- 4Active BLS certification
- 5Basic arithmetic proficiency
- 6Strong English communication skills
- 7Physical ability to lift bend and turn
- 8Preference for acute care experience
