What You'll Do11
- 1Perform vital signs and activities of daily living under RN supervision
- 2Identify and report malfunctioning equipment and supplies
- 3Maintain clean and organized work areas
- 4Follow care plans delegated by registered nurses
- 5Ensure patient safety and proper resource utilization
- 6Preserve professional image representing nursing standards
- 7Participate in departmental education programs and meetings
- 8Contribute to organizational initiatives and committees
- 9Commit to continuous personal and professional development
- 10Execute tasks within acute care clinical settings
- 11Complete on-call and holiday shifts as scheduled
Requirements10
- 1High School diploma or GED required
- 2Completed CNA program with Maryland CNA license
- 3Valid Maryland BLS certification
- 4Ability to perform basic arithmetic calculations
- 5Strong English communication skills
- 6Physical ability to lift bend and turn
- 7Experience in acute care clinical settings preferred
- 8Part-time availability 20 hours weekly
- 9Reliable transportation for on-call schedule
- 10Willingness to work rotating PreOp and PACU shifts
