What You'll Do9
- 1Provide direct support to one elementary student remaining within arm's reach for safety
- 2Assist with daily living activities while maintaining dignity and privacy
- 3Administer medications according to physician orders and state regulations
- 4Monitor student health and comfort throughout the school day
- 5Support classroom participation in academic and special activities
- 6Collaborate with teachers and staff for consistent student-centered care
- 7Maintain accurate health documentation as required
- 8Respond calmly during emergencies and communicate concerns promptly
- 9Promote student independence with appropriate support levels
Requirements10
- 1Current North Carolina Certified Nursing Assistant certification
- 2Current CPR and First Aid certification
- 3Experience working with children preferred
- 4Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- 5Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- 6Physical capability to lift and transfer students safely
- 7Patient kind nurturing personality
- 8Calm under pressure adaptable to changing situations
- 9Reliable detail-oriented individual
