What You'll Do11
- 1Maintain patient flow and coordinate communication between clinical and clerical staff

- 4Perform phlebotomy and basic laboratory tests including ECG and spirometry
- 5Administer medications under physician orders and change dressings
- 6Dispose of biohazard waste following OSHA standards
- 7Document communications and maintain electronic health records
- 8Assist with supply management and Environmental of Care standards
- 9Lead mentorship for students and new clinical support staff
- 10Follow HIPAA confidentiality and annual review processes
- 11Participate in team meetings and relevant training sessions
Requirements10
- 1Graduate from accredited CMA program or equivalent with current certification
- 2Current CPR certification
- 3Annual influenza immunization and TB screening
- 4MMR varicella hepatitis B immunization proof
- 5Bilingual Spanish English proficiency preferred
- 61 year EMR experience preferred
- 71 year vital signs experience preferred
- 8BLS certification preferred
- 9High school diploma or equivalent
- 10Reliable transportation
