Overview
We seek reliable CMAs for full-time contract roles across NYC facilities. This position supports physicians and clinical teams delivering quality patient care in fast-paced environments. Candidates will assist with exams procedures manage records and coordinate patient flow.
What You'll Do6
- 1Prepare patients for exams and assist physicians during procedures
- 2Take vital signs perform EKGs and collect lab specimens
- 3Manage patient records and update EMR systems accurately
- 4Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow
- 5Perform administrative tasks such as filing faxing and handling phone calls
- 6Maintain exam rooms supplies and clinical equipment
Requirements5
- 1Active Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential (NHA required)
- 2High school diploma or GED required
- 3Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience
- 4Proficiency with EMR systems
- 5BLS certification required
