What You'll Do6
- 1Schedule patient appointments and register patients across the Jefferson Health System, aligning with clinical and insurance requirements to improve access and care coordination.
- 2Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Record) to complete scheduling and registration, confirm appointments, verify demographics, and check insurance eligibility.
- 3Coordinate orders, referrals, and insurance requirements by confirming patient information, ensuring maximum benefits for services.
- 4Assure compliance with regulatory and local payor coverage determinations.
- 5Use central scheduling telephony software to manage assigned call volume and digital requests.
- 6Maintain individual and team performance targets for quality and quantity.
