Overview
Drive OTR for top-name freight customers and earn 25% of every load, averaging $1,500-$2,500 gross per week. Choose your schedule: out 2 weeks with 2 full days home, or out 3 weeks with 3 days home. What You'll Do9
- 1Drive OTR routes across the lower 48, primarily in the Midwest, hauling freight for top-name customers.
- 2Earn 25% of each load, averaging $1,500-$2,500 gross per week.
- 3Select your schedule: out 2 weeks with 2 full days home, or out 3 weeks with 3 days home.
- 4Perform drop and hook and live load/unload at customer facilities.
- 5Deliver for direct customers including Tyson, National Beef, Seaboard, Caviness, Cargill, SSI, and Affiliated Foods.
- 6Maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations, including hours of service.
- 7Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment safety.
- 8Communicate with dispatch and customers to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve issues.
- 9Manage paperwork and logs accurately using electronic logging devices.
Requirements7
- 12+ years of recent CDL-A experience.
- 2Night driving experience required.
- 3Not SAP-friendly (must have clean driving record).
- 4Valid CDL-A license.
- 5Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
- 6Comfortable with long-haul routes (out 2-3 weeks at a time).
- 7Strong safety record and adherence to DOT regulations.
